If we have all done our job properly, every single guest of yours will pull into the Golf Course parking lot refreshed, relaxed, and TOTALLY unaware of the processes ahead of them. They are just smiling.
They've turned their brains off - just as we'd hoped. They've traded their Boardroom Mentality for the Green Grass Relaxation you have provided. How sweet it is.
This all adds up to QUESTIONS.
Where's the welcome table? What time is lunch? Am I supposed to register for my group? What format are we playing? Where is my cart? Questions indeed - let's answer every single one.
You and your team of staff & volunteers have got the personal engagement covered - we'll cover the information & directional signage to keep the pack moving in all their various directions. And keep them in their happy "I'm not thinking for myself unless I have to" mode.
You can't really overdo it here - the more the merrier. It'll be very appreciated, it'll set a tone of awareness and quality, and it will truly make the event more enjoyable when they don't have to search out answers to their questions.
Oh, also - sometimes this comes in handy on the course too!!!!
